Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Milk- 2 cups
  2. Beaten eggs- 6
  3. Sugar- ¾ cup
  4. Honey- 3 tbsp
  5. Salt- 1 pinch
  6. Vanilla custard- 1 tsp
  7. Chopped cashew- 1 tbsp
  8. Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a sauce pan and add milk, sugar and honey.
  2. Beat the mixture and simmer on slow flame.
  3. Simmer it till the mixture becomes thick(like a thick paste).
  4. Dissolve vanilla custard in 1 tbsp and pour into the thick paste.
  5. Simmer again for 3-4 minutes, stir the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. Now remove from heat and cool the mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour and add vanilla essence and chopped cashew.
  8. Mix well and again shift to freezer.
  9. Vanilla ice cream is ready to serve.
