Ingredients:
- Milk- 2 cups
- Beaten eggs- 6
- Sugar- ¾ cup
- Honey- 3 tbsp
- Salt- 1 pinch
- Vanilla custard- 1 tsp
- Chopped cashew- 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a sauce pan and add milk, sugar and honey.
- Beat the mixture and simmer on slow flame.
- Simmer it till the mixture becomes thick(like a thick paste).
- Dissolve vanilla custard in 1 tbsp and pour into the thick paste.
- Simmer again for 3-4 minutes, stir the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.
- Now remove from heat and cool the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and add vanilla essence and chopped cashew.
- Mix well and again shift to freezer.
- Vanilla ice cream is ready to serve.
