Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- Red tomatoes- 2 kg
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
- Vinegar- 3 tbsp
- Onion(chopped)- 1
- Ginger(chopped)- 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic- 4-5 flakes
- Sugar- 1½ cup
- Salt- 2 tsp
Method:
- Blend onion. ginger and garlic together and make a fine past.
- Wash and chopped the tomatoes.
- Shift tomatoes in a deep vessel pan with onion paste.
- Add all other ingredients and cook till thick.
- Strain the sauce and use as required.
- Shift in a cool and dry place, use before 2-3 days.
