Thai Basil Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken(skinless and boneless)- 250 gms
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Green chillies- 2
- Palm sugar(jaggery)- 1 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Fish sauce- 1 tsp
- Thai basil leaves- ΒΌ cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind the chicken breast, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir for 5 seconds.
- Now add the ground chicken into the pan and fry quickly.
- Fry chicken until it becomes light brown, then add green chillies.
- After a minute add soy sauce, palm sugar, basil leaves and fish sauce.
- Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes, after that turn off the flame.
- Shift to a serving plate and serve immediately.
