Suji Halwa
Ingredients:
- Suji(semolina))- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Water- 4 cups
- Ghee- 3 tbsp
- Raisins- 1 tbsp
- Fine chopped almond- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak raisins in Water for an hour.
- Heat ghee in a sauce pan and fry suji until light brown.
- Boil the water and add to suji.
- Add sugar and fry until it is thick.
- Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped almonds and raisins.
- Serve suji halwa hot.
