Singhare Ke Pakore (Chestnut Pakore)
Ingredients:
- Singhare ka atta(chestnut flour)- 1 cup
- Sliced potatoes- 3
- Green chilli sliced- 4-5
- Salt to taste
- Desi ghee for frying
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- Water to need
Method:
- Filter the chestnut flour through a sieve.
- Add green chillies, salt, potatoes and chopped coriander.
- Knead well with the help of water.
- Make a smooth paste, do not add further water.
- Heat ghee in a wok(karahi), fry the doused potatoes.
- Fry until the color of pakoras change in to brown.
- Shift on tissue paper to remove extra ghee.
- Serve pakoras with chutney.
