Singhare Ke Pakore (Chestnut Pakore)

Ingredients:

  1. Singhare ka atta(chestnut flour)- 1 cup
  2. Sliced potatoes- 3
  3. Green chilli sliced- 4-5
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Desi ghee for frying
  6. Chopped Coriander leaves
  7. Water to need

Method:

  1. Filter the chestnut flour through a sieve.
  2. Add green chillies, salt, potatoes and chopped coriander.
  3. Knead well with the help of water.
  4. Make a smooth paste, do not add further water.
  5. Heat ghee in a wok(karahi), fry the doused potatoes.
  6. Fry until the color of pakoras change in to brown.
  7. Shift on tissue paper to remove extra ghee.
  8. Serve pakoras with chutney.
