Sandesh
Ingredients:
- Khoya(mawa)- 50 gms
- Cheese(paneer)- 100 gms
- Sugar- 5 tbsp
- Cardamom powder- ½ tsp
- Fine chopped pistachios
Method:
- Grate cheese and mawa.
- Heat a pan and add grated cheese, mawa and sugar.
- Fry on slow flame until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Turn off the flame now(do not over heat the mixture).
- Mix chopped pistachios and cardamom powder.
- Spread in a plate and leave it to set.
- Cut into diamond shape and serve.
