Rice Kheer

Ingredients:

  1. Rice : 1 cup
  2. Milk : 12 cups
  3. Sugar : 1½ cup
  4. Camphor : small quantity

Method

  1. Wash the rices.
  2. Now cook rices with milk until it becomes little thick, also keep stirring all the time so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
  3. Add sugar by reducing the heat.
  4. After mixing the sugar well, remove the heat from vessel.
  5. Fry cashewnuts and rasins until golden.
  6. On cooling add above to kheer. Also add camphor too.
