Ingredients:
- Rice : 1 cup
- Milk : 12 cups
- Sugar : 1½ cup
- Camphor : small quantity
- Roasted Cashew and raisins
Method
- Wash the rices and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Also soak the raisins in water.
- Now take a heavy vessel pan and bring the milk to boil.
- Once the milk boil, drain the water from rice and add to boiling milk.
- Also keep stirring occasionally so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
- When the rice and milk mix well, remove the vessel from the heat.
- Now mix the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolve well.
- Now add soaked raisins, camphor and roasted cashew to kheer.
- Serve hot or chilled.
