Rice Kheer
Ingredients:
- Rice : 1 cup
- Milk : 12 cups
- Sugar : 1½ cup
- Camphor : small quantity
Method
- Wash the rices.
- Now cook rices with milk until it becomes little thick, also keep stirring all the time so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
- Add sugar by reducing the heat.
- After mixing the sugar well, remove the heat from vessel.
- Fry cashewnuts and rasins until golden.
- On cooling add above to kheer. Also add camphor too.
