<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Boiled eggs- 4</li>
<li>Oil- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Chopped onion- 1</li>
<li>Chopped green chillies- 2</li>
<li>Ginger paste- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Chilli powder- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Turmeric- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Coriander powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Cut each the egg into four longitudinal pieces.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok, fry onion and green chillies till golden.</li>
<li>Add ginger paste, turmeric, coriander powder and chilli powder.</li>
<li>Fry for a minute on slow flame.</li>
<li>Add egg pieces then fry again for 3-4 minutes.</li>
<li>Spread coriander, serve hot with parathas.</li>

<li>Heat butter in a non stick pan.</li>
<li>pour the egg mixture carefully around the pan.</li>
<li>Spread cheese and coriander over the egg mixture.</li>
<li>Bake the omelette till it cooked well and fold it.</li>
<li>Cheese omelette is ready to serve hot.</li>

<li>Vegetable oil- 2 tbsp</li>

<li>Chopped onions- 2</li>
<li>Chopped green chillies- 2</li>
<li>Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Chopped tomato- 1</li>
<li>Cumin seeds</li>
<li>Eggs- 4</li>
<li>Turmeric- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Coriander powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Garam masala- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Coconut paste- ½ cup</li>
<li>Anise (saunf) powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Water- 1 cup</li>
<li>Chopped coriander- 2 tbsp </li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil in a wok, then splutter the cumin seeds.</li>
<li>After that add chopped onions and green chillies.</li>
<li>Fry until onion change color to light brown.</li>
<li>Add tomato and ginger-garlic paste, fry till oil separate.</li>
<li>Now add coriander powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric.</li>
<li>Add coconut paste, anise powder and water.</li>
<li>Simmer for a thick gravy, then break raw eggs one by one in wok.</li>
<li>Cook till the eggs become soft, spread coriander.</li>
<li>Egg korma is ready to serve hot with parathas.</li>

<li>Whisk the mixture till smooth, keep aside.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger and green chillies.</li>
<li>Fry until the onion change color into light brown.</li>
<li>Add chopped tomatoes, saute till they become soft.</li>
<li>Now add egg mixture, stir rapidly for a minute.</li>
<li>Now fry the bhurji till completely dry.</li>
<li>Egg bhurji is ready to serve hot with parathas.</li>

<li>Gram flour- 1 cup</li>
<li>Carom seeds(ajwain)- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp</li>
<li>Lemon juice- 2 tsp</li>
<li>Plain yogurt- 1 cup</li>
<li>Red pepper powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Oil for deep frying</li>
<li>Eggs- 2</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash and cut the fish fillets into small cubes.</li>
<li>Marinate in salt,lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste and chilli powder for 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Mix gram flour, yogurt, carom seeds, salt and eggs in a bowl.</li>
<li>Make a smooth batter using a little water.</li>
<li>Shift fish cubes in the batter, leave them for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok and fry these cubes in oil till golden.</li>
<li>Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.</li>

<li>Fish- 450 gms</li>
<li>Cooking oil- 4 tbsp</li>
<li>Fenugreek seeds(methi)- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Chopped onions- 2</li>
<li>Chopped tomatoes- 2</li>
<li>Garlic- 6 cloves</li>
<li>Ginger- 10 gms</li>
<li>Green chillies- 2</li>
<li>Coriander powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Turmeric- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Red chilli powder- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Chopped coriander- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Water- 2 cups</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash, sliced and marinate to shrimp in salt and turmeric for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and shallow fry the fish slices.</li>
<li>Grind onion with tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies.</li>
<li>Heat remaining oil in a wok and add fenugreek seeds.</li>
<li>When they appear brown add the onion paste.</li>
<li>Fry till the oil separate and add chilli powder and  coriander powder.</li>
<li>After a minute add fish slices, water and salt, cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.</li>
<li>Add chopped coriander and turn off the flame.</li>
<li>Serve fish curry hot with rice or roti.</li>

<li>Oil for deep frying</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash the fish and cut into small cubes.</li>
<li>Now rub the fish in 1 tsp salt and turmeric.</li>
<li>After 15 minutes rinse the fish cubes.</li>
<li>Add gram flour in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Add salt, coriander powder, bread crumbs and red pepper.</li>
<li>Add lemon juice, chopped coriander and water and make a smooth batter.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a wok.</li>
<li>Coat the fish cubes in this batter and fry till light brown.</li>
<li>Serve hot with sauce or chutney.</li>

<li>Golden mushroom soup- 1 cup</li>
<li>Salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the oven at 350ºF.</li>
<li>Rub the pork cubes in salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Mix mushrooms, chopped onion and mushroom soup in a bowl.</li>
<li>Place the pork cubes in a baking dish.</li>
<li>Pour the mushroom mixture over the pork and cover the dish.</li>
<li>Shift dish into the oven and bake for an hour.</li>
<li>Now remove the cover and bake again for 10-15 minutes.</li>
<li>Golden pork is ready to serve.</li>

<li>Mix all other ingredients(except oil) in another bowl.</li>
<li>Whisk beaten eggs to the ingredients mixture.</li>
<li>Oil a fry pan and pour the mixture.</li>
<li>Fry from both sides until golden brown.</li>
<li>Pork omelet is ready to serve hot.</li>
