<ol>
<li>Milk(with cream)- 1½ liter</li>
<li>Carrots- 2-3</li>
<li>Granulated sugar- 5-6 tbsp</li>
<li>Cardamom powder- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Cashew and Pistachios- 2 tbsp(chopped)</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash, peel and grate the carrots.</li>
<li>Pour the milk in a heavy vessel and bring to boil on medium flame.</li>
<li>When the milk begin to boil add carrots and simmer the milk.</li>
<li>Stir occasionally and simmer for 20 minutes or till milk start to thicken.</li>
<li>Now add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolve, boil for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add cardamom powder, chopped pistachios and cashew and turn off the gas.</li>
<li>Serve chilled or hot.</li>

<li>Green cardamoms(crushed)- 3-4</li>
<li>Crushed almonds and pistachios- 1 tbsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>First of all peel and grate the apples.</li>
<li>Pour the milk in a heavy vessel and simmer on medium flame.</li>
<li>Stir the milk occasionally and boil the milk until it remain half.</li>
<li>Now add grated apples to the milk.</li>
<li>Add cardamoms and sugar and boil for 7-8 minutes.</li>
<li>Garnish with Remaining pistachios and almonds.</li>
<li>Apple kheer is ready to serve hot or chilled.</li>

<li>Milk with cream- 1 liter</li>
<li>Almonds/badam- 1 cup</li>
<li>Sugar- 3 tbsp or to taste</li>
<li>Water- 1 cup</li>
<li>Saffron strands- 10-12</li>
<li>Green cardamoms(crushed)- 3-4</li>
<li>Rose water- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Crushed almonds and pistachios- 1 tbsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Boil 1 cup water and soak almonds for 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Drain the water and peel the skin of almonds.</li>
<li>Make a fine paste of almonds in a grinder.</li>
<li>You can use some milk to make paste if necessary.</li>
<li>Pour the milk in a heavy vessel and simmer on medium flame.</li>
<li>When the milk begin to boil add almonds paste in to milk.</li>
<li>Stir the milk occasionally until the milk becomes semi-solid.</li>
<li>Now dissolve 8 saffron strands in to 1 tbsp milk and pour in to kheer.</li>
<li>Add cardamoms and sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes.</li>
<li>Now remove from fire and add rose water.</li>
<li>Garnish with Remaining saffron, pistachios and almonds.</li>
<li>Badam kheer is ready to serve hot or chilled.</li>

<li>Camphor : small quantity</li>
<li>Roasted Cashew and raisins</li>

<h4>Method</h4>
<ol>
<li>Wash the rices and soak in water for 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Also soak the raisins in water.</li>
<li>Now take a heavy vessel pan and bring the milk to boil.</li>
<li>Once the milk boil, drain the water from rice and add to boiling milk.</li>
<li>Also keep stirring occasionally so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.</li>
<li>When the rice and milk mix well, remove the vessel from the heat.</li>
<li>Now mix the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolve well.</li>
<li>Now add soaked raisins, camphor and roasted cashew to kheer.</li>
<li>Serve hot or chilled.</li>
