		<title>Eggless Vanilla Cake</title>

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<h4>For Cake:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Plain flour- 200 gms</li>
<li>Condensed milk- 350 ml</li>
<li>Fresh milk- 150 ml</li>
<li>Yogurt- 3 tbsp</li>
<li>Baking powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Baking soda- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Butter- 100 gms</li>
<li>Vanilla essence- 2 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>For Frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Lukewarm milk- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Sugar(powdered)- 1½ cup</li>
<li>Butter(unsalted)- 70 gms</li>
<li>Cocoa powder- 70 gms</li>
<li>Vanilla essence- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Chocolate chips- ½ cup</li>
</ol>
<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the oven at 300ºF.</li>
<li>Assemble the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl.</li>
<li>Beat condensed milk with butter with a hand mixer.</li>
<li>Add yogurt to condensed milk and and beat again.</li>
<li>Pour this mixture into the milk and beat till mix well.</li>
<li>Mix both the mixture with a spoon and beat with hand mixer till uniform and smooth.</li>
<li>There is no need to over beat the batter to avoid hard texture.</li>
<li>Now grease and line the cake tin and transfer the batter on it.</li>
<li>Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 300ºF.</li>
</ol>
<h4>For Frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Take all the ingredients of frosting(except chocolate chips) in a mixing bowl.</li>
<li>Beat with a hand beater till it become smooth.</li>
<li>Frosting on the top and around the sides of cake.</li>
<li>Spread the chocolate chips, eggless vanilla cake is ready.</li>

<li>Baking soda- ½ tsp</li>
<li>Baking powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Butter- 100 gms</li>
<li>Salt- a pinch</li>
<li>Honey- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Lemon juice- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Vanilla essence- 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>For Frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Softened butter- 2½ tbsp</li>
<li>Cream cheese- 3 tbsp</li>
<li>Powdered/icing sugar- 1½ cups</li>
<li>Vanilla essence- 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>First of all wash, peel and grate the carrots.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 350°C and grease a cake tin.</li>
<li>Place a greaseproof paper piece into the bottom of cake tin.</li>
<li>Whisk flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl.</li>
<li>Beat the eggs with the help of electric mixer until light.</li>
<li>Add sugar, butter, lemon juice, honey and vanilla essence and beat again for two minutes.</li>
<li>Mix flour mixture and grated carrots, knead the batter till smooth.</li>
<li>Transfer the batter in to cake tin and bake it for 25-30 minutes.</li>
<li>Test by insert the tooth pick when it comes out clean loosen the cake from pan.</li>
<li>Cool the cake completely for frosting.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Take butter and sugar in a bowl and blend them.</li>
<li>Add vanilla extract and cream cheese and blend until creamy and fluffy.</li>
<li>Frosting the cake on the top and around the cake.</li>
<li>Carrot cake is ready to serve.</li>

<li>Water- 75 ml</li>
<li>Vanilla essence- 1 tsp</li>
<li>Chopped almond &#8211; 50 gms</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the oven at 150 °C.</li>
<li>Take flour, baking soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.</li>
<li>Add Melt butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence in bowl.</li>
<li>Mix both the mixture and and make a smooth batter by electric hand mixer.</li>
<li>When you find that there is no lumps stop mixing.</li>
<li>Grease the bake pan and pour the batter in to bake tin.</li>
<li>Bake the cake in oven for 20-25 minutes.</li>
<li>When cake bake perfectly loosen the cake from tin.</li>
<li>Cool the cake and cut in to layers.</li>
<li>After that layer on top and around the cake, smooth the cake with knife.</li>
<li>Garnish the cake with almonds and cream and allow to set the cake.</li>
<li>Eggless cake is ready.</li>

<li>Milk- ¼ cup</li>

<li>Lemon Zest(upper yellow part)- 1 tsp(optional)</li>
</ol>
<h4>For frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Softened butter- 2½ tbsp</li>
<li>Lukewarm milk or Cream- 3 tbsp</li>
<li>Powdered/icing sugar- 2 cups</li>
<li>Vanilla extract- 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h3>Method:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour to the cake pan.</li>
<li>Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat by hand mixer until fluffy.</li>
<li>Now add eggs, flour, baking powder milk, salt, vanilla extract and lemon zest.</li>
<li>Beat the batter for few minutes slightly until it is creamy and smooth.</li>
<li>Transfer the batter in to cake pan and bake it  for 25-30 minutes.</li>
<li>Test by insert the tooth pick when it comes out clean loosen the cake from pan.</li>
<li>Cool the cake completely for frosting.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Take butter and sugar in a bowl and blend them.</li>
<li>Add vanilla extract and lukewarm milk and blend until creamy and fluffy.</li>

<li>Milk or water- ¼ cup</li>
<li>Vegetable oil- ¼ cup</li>
<li>Sugar- ½ cup</li>
<li>Salt- 1 pinch</li>
<li>Eggs- 2</li>
</ol>
<h4>For frosting:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Softened butter- 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Unsweetened cocoa powder-  ¼ cup</li>
<li>Powdered sugar- 2 cups</li>
<li>lukewarm milk- 3 tbsp</li>
<li>Vanilla extract- 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method:</h4>
<ol>
<li>First of all preheat oven to 350° F, grease and flour 9 inch bake tin.</li>
<li>Mix all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla essence in a bowl.</li>
<li>Then add milk or water, vegetable oil and eggs.</li>
<li>Mix the mixture until smooth, either by hand or by using mixer at slow speed, it will be better to mix by hand.</li>
<li>Now transfer the mixture to bake tin, bake at 350° in the oven.</li>
<li>After 30-35 minutes test by insert and removing a tooth pick, if it comes clean loose cake from pan.</li>
<li>When the cake has cooled, cut the cake through the middle to make two layers. </li>
</ol>
<h4>Frosting</h4>
<ol>
<li>Take softened butter with powdered sugar in a bowl, add vanilla, cocoa and 4 tablespoons lukewarm milk.</li>
<li>Blend the mixture slightly until smooth.</li>
<li>Frosting between the two layers on top and around the cake.</li>
<li>The cake should serve at room temperature.</li>

<li>Milk : 1 liter </li>
<li>Tartaric powder : ½ tsp</li>
<li>Lemon : 1</li>
<li>6-8 saffron threads, soaked in 1 tbsp water </li>
<li>Sugar : 100 grams</li>
<li>Corn Flour : 1 tsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>For Decoration:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Dried fruit</li>
<li>Silver leaf</li>
<li>Cream: 1-2 tbsp</li>
<li>Green cardamom powder :  ½ tsp</li>
</ol>
<h4>Method: </h4>
<ol>
<li>Boil the milk. </li>
<li>Take tartaric powder and add it to milk, pinch by pinch with lemon juice until milk starts to curdle. </li>
<li>Make mixture thick by cooking. </li>
<li>Now sprinkle it in corn flour, dissolved in some extra milk. </li>
<li>Simmer it for another 3-4 minutes. </li>
<li>Now Stir this in saffron. </li>
<li>Spread it in a tray by making a thick layer of one inch. </li>
<li>Now Cool it. </li>
<li>Decorate it with Cardamom powder, dried fruit, silver leaf, and cream. </li>
