Potato Sandwich


  1. 4 slices whole wheat bread
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 green chillies (crushed)
  4. 1 tomato (chopped)
  5. 2 boiled potatoes, mashed
  6. Butter according to need
  7. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  8. Salt and black pepper powder to taste


  1. Add mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies in a bowl.
  2. Add coriander, salt and black pepper, mix well.
  3. Now spread half of the mixture on the surface of a slice.
  4. Cover with another slice, repeat the same process to the other slice.
  5. Heat a non stick pan, apply some butter on both side of the sandwiches.
  6. Grill on medium heat from both side till they become light brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
