Pork Stew

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless pork- 500 gms
  2. Cooking oil/olive oil- 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion- 1
  4. Tomato sauce- 1 cup
  5. Chopped celery- 2 tbsp
  6. Minced garlic- 1 tsp
  7. Mushroom slices- ½ cup
  8. Red pepper and salt to taste
  9. Water- 2½ cups

Method:

  1. Cut pork into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion.
  3. Fry till it becomes golden brown and then add pork cubes and garlic.
  4. Fry till they become soft.
  5. After that add tomato sauce, celery, pepper, mushrooms and salt.
  6. Fry for a couple of minutes and pour water.
  7. Cover the lid and cook for on slow flame.
  8. Stir occasionally and turn off the flame after 40-50 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
