Pork Stew
Ingredients:
- Boneless pork- 500 gms
- Cooking oil/olive oil- 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion- 1
- Tomato sauce- 1 cup
- Chopped celery- 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic- 1 tsp
- Mushroom slices- ½ cup
- Red pepper and salt to taste
- Water- 2½ cups
Method:
- Cut pork into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion.
- Fry till it becomes golden brown and then add pork cubes and garlic.
- Fry till they become soft.
- After that add tomato sauce, celery, pepper, mushrooms and salt.
- Fry for a couple of minutes and pour water.
- Cover the lid and cook for on slow flame.
- Stir occasionally and turn off the flame after 40-50 minutes.
- Serve hot.
