Pork Casserole
Ingredients:
- Lean pork- 500 gms
- All purpose flour- 3 tbsp
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion- 1
- Chopped tomatoes- 2
- Mushrooms(sliced)- 2 cup
- Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
- Curry powder- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lukewarm water- 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 300ºF.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes and transfer to casserole dish.
- Cut the lean pork in to small cubes.
- Take flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add black pepper powder, curry powder and salt.
- Make paste with the help of water and coat the pork pieces generously in paste.
- Fry coated pork pieces at least 3-4 minutes.
- Now shift the fried pork in casserole dish with other vegetables.
- Oven cook for an hour and serve hot.
