Pork Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. Lean pork- 500 gms
  2. All purpose flour- 3 tbsp
  3. Olive oil- 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped onion- 1
  5. Chopped tomatoes- 2
  6. Mushrooms(sliced)- 2 cup
  7. Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
  8. Curry powder- 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Lukewarm water- 1 cup
  11. Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 300ºF.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes and transfer to casserole dish.
  4. Cut the lean pork in to small cubes.
  5. Take flour in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add black pepper powder, curry powder and salt.
  7. Make paste with the help of water and coat the pork pieces generously in paste.
  8. Fry coated pork pieces at least 3-4 minutes.
  9. Now shift the fried pork in casserole dish with other vegetables.
  10. Oven cook for an hour and serve hot.
