Ingredients:
- Milk- 4 cups
- Corn flour- 2 tbsp
- Saffron threads- 4-5
- Sugar- 5 tbsp
- Cream- 1 cup
- Pista(chopped)- 4 tbsp
- Green food color- 5-6 drop
Method:
- Take a sauce pan, bring the milk to boil.
- Dissolve saffron thread in 1 tsp milk, add into the boiling milk.
- Boil the milk till it remain half.
- Dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp milk, pour in boiling milk.
- Stir until thicken, then remove from the flame, allow to cool.
- Add sugar, green food color and cream.
- Beat the mixture until sugar is disappear.
- Shift to the freezer for an hour.
- Add chopped pista, beat it again.
- Now cool it again in freezer.
