Pista Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Milk- 4 cups
  2. Corn flour- 2 tbsp
  3. Saffron threads- 4-5
  4. Sugar- 5 tbsp
  5. Cream- 1 cup
  6. Pista(chopped)- 4 tbsp
  7. Green food color- 5-6 drop

Method:

  1. Take a sauce pan, bring the milk to boil.
  2. Dissolve saffron thread in 1 tsp milk, add into the boiling milk.
  3. Boil the milk till it remain half.
  4. Dissolve corn flour in 2 tbsp milk, pour in boiling milk.
  5. Stir until thicken, then remove from the flame, allow to cool.
  6. Add sugar, green food color and cream.
  7. Beat the mixture until sugar is disappear.
  8. Shift to the freezer for an hour.
  9. Add chopped pista, beat it again.
  10. Now cool it again in freezer.
