Ingredients
- Pav buns- 12
- Tomatoes- 5
- Green chillies(chopped)- 2
- Beans- ½ cup
- Peas- 1 cup
- Carrot- ½ cup
- Potatoes- 3
- Cabbage- ½ cup
- Onions- 2
- Capsicum- ½ cup
- Cauliflower- 1 cup
- one inch piece of ginger
- Some garlic(optional)
Masala Powders
- Lemon juice- 2 tsp
- Chilli powder- 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder- 2 tsp
- Pav bhajji masala- 4 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt(according to your taste)
Method for Bhaji
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now add onions to pan and fry until it changes color.
- Now add all masala powders, tomatoes, and salt. Now Fry this for some time.
- Then Steam all the other vegetables separately and add them to the onion mixture.
- After adding a cup of water cook it until it boils.
- keep mashing this while cooking.
- Cook until thickens, garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
Method for Pav
- Apply butter to pav and bake in a pan or in microwave.
- Now you can serve hot pav bhaji.
