Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  1. Pav buns- 12
  2. Tomatoes- 5
  3. Green chillies(chopped)- 2
  4. Beans- ½ cup
  5. Peas- 1 cup
  6. Carrot- ½ cup
  7. Potatoes- 3
  8. Cabbage- ½ cup
  9. Onions- 2
  10. Capsicum- ½ cup
  11. Cauliflower- 1 cup
  12. one inch piece of ginger
  13. Some garlic(optional)

Masala Powders

  1. Lemon juice- 2 tsp
  2. Chilli powder- 2 tsp
  3. Cumin Powder- 2 tsp
  4. Pav bhajji masala- 4 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves for garnish
  7. Salt(according to your taste)

Method for Bhaji

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Now add onions to pan and fry until it changes color.
  3. Now add all masala powders, tomatoes, and salt. Now Fry this for some time.
  4. Then Steam all the other vegetables separately and add them to the onion mixture.
  5. After adding a cup of water cook it until it boils.
  6. keep mashing this while cooking.
  7. Cook until thickens, garnish with coriander and lemon juice.

Method for Pav

  1. Apply butter to pav and bake in a pan or in microwave.
  2. Now you can serve hot pav bhaji.
