Ingredients
- 500 gms Paneer (cheese)
- 1 cup Curd (tied in cloth for 2 hours)
- 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp crushed cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp tandoori Masala
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tsp red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp each Onion, Carrots, Tomato, Capsicum, sliced in long stripes
- Finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Pinch tandoori color
Method
- First add garam masala powder, tandoori color, red chili powder, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, salt to curd, mix well.
- Now add chopped paneer pieces, Keep it aside for an hour.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter or oil in a pan.
- Then fry the paneer masala until paneer changes color to golden brown.
- Heat the remaining butter in pan and add chaat masala, sliced vegetables, and salt according to your taste.
- Now pour over the paneer tikka.
- Finally serve hot paneer tikka with sauce.
