Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  1. 500 gms Paneer (cheese)
  2. 1 cup Curd (tied in cloth for 2 hours)
  3. 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. 1 tsp crushed cumin Seeds
  6. 1 tsp tandoori Masala
  7. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  8. 2 tbsp Butter
  9. 3 tsp red Chilli Powder
  10. 2 tbsp each Onion, Carrots, Tomato, Capsicum, sliced in long stripes
  11. Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  12. Pinch tandoori color

Method

  1. First add garam masala powder, tandoori color, red chili powder, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, salt to curd, mix well.
  2. Now add chopped paneer pieces, Keep it aside for an hour.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp butter or oil in a pan.
  4. Then fry the paneer masala until paneer changes color to golden brown.
  5. Heat the remaining butter in pan and add chaat masala, sliced vegetables, and salt according to your taste.
  6. Now pour over the paneer tikka.
  7. Finally serve hot paneer tikka with sauce.
