Ingredients
- Paneer- 250 gms
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes- 1/2 cup
- Tomato puree- 1½ tbsp
- Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli paste- 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander seed powder- 1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek- 1/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji or chat masala- 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut the fresh paneer into medium cubes.
- Fry the cubes till the color of cubes change into light brown.
- After that heat the oil in a pan, add the green chilli paste, stir gently for few seconds.
- Then add the tomato puree, tomatoes, coriander seeds powder, chilli powder, pav bhaji or chat masala, salt, and dried fenugreek leaves.
- Mix well all ingredients, cook for 3-4 minutes on slow flame, stir occasionally.
- Finally add the fried paneer, cook again for 3-4 minutes.
- After removing from the heat, add lemon juice.
- Serve hot with parathas.
