Moong Dal
Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal
- ½ cup onion (cut into small pieces)
- 2-3 flakes garlic
- 2-3 green chilies
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp kasoori methi (optional)
- salt – to taste
Method
- Cook moong dal with 4 cups of water, Add little salt, & garlic
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onions in oil and fry it for few minutes.
- Add tomatoes, green chillies, chilli powder, and kassori methi leaves.
- After Cooking for few minutes, add the mashed moong dal.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve it with roties.
