Mint Choco Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Milk- 4 cups
- Sugar- 8 tbsp
- Cream- 2 cups
- Sweet chocolate chips- 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- Mint extract- 1 tsp
- Green food color- 5-6 drops
- Salt- a pinch
Method:
- Bring the milk to boil, simmer until it remain half of the quantity.
- After that leave it to cool, when it cool add cream and sugar.
- Blend the milk with a blender until the sugar dissolve well.
- Add vanilla essence, salt, green food color and peppermint extract, mix well.
- Freeze the milk for 1 hour and blend it again, mix the chocolate chips.
- Again shift to container and freeze for 2 hours.
- Mint choco chip ice cream is ready.
