Milk Cake
Ingredients:
- Milk : 900 ml
- Tartaric powder : ½ tsp
- Lemon : 1
- 6-8 saffron threads, soaked in 1 tbsp water
- Sugar : 100 grams
- Corn Flour : 1 tsp
For Decoration:
- Dried fruit
- Silver leaf
- Cream: 1-2 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder : ½ tsp
Method:
- Boil the milk.
- Take tartaric powder and add it to milk, pinch by pinch with lemon juice until milk starts to curdle.
- Make mixture thick by cooking.
- Now sprinkle it in corn flour, dissolved in some extra milk.
- Simmer it for another 3-4 minutes.
- Now Stir this in saffron.
- Spread it in a tray by making a thick layer of one inch.
- Now Cool it.
- Decorate it with Cardamom powder, dried fruit, silver leaf, and cream.
