Masala Tea

Ingredients:

For Tea:

  1. Milk- 1¼ cup
  2. water- 1 cup
  3. Sugar- 2 tsp
  4. Ginger(crushed)- ¼ tsp
  5. Masala- 2 pinches
  6. Tea(dried)- 2 tsp

For masala:

  1. Black Pepper- 50 gms
  2. Green cardamoms- 25 gms
  3. Black cardamoms- 25 gms
  4. Cloves/laung- 15-20

Method:

  1. Grind all the masala ingredients in electric grinder.
  2. Keep it for long use for masala tea.
  3. Two pinches of masala is enough for two cup tea.
  4. Now take the water in a pan and bring to boil.
  5. Now add ginger, masala and tea.
  6. Boil it for a minutes and pour milk in to the tea.
  7. Boil for 2 minutes for a grate flavor.
  8. Strain the tea into two tea cups.
  9. Flavor each ship of the tea.
