Ingredients:
For Tea:
- Milk- 1¼ cup
- water- 1 cup
- Sugar- 2 tsp
- Ginger(crushed)- ¼ tsp
- Masala- 2 pinches
- Tea(dried)- 2 tsp
For masala:
- Black Pepper- 50 gms
- Green cardamoms- 25 gms
- Black cardamoms- 25 gms
- Cloves/laung- 15-20
Method:
- Grind all the masala ingredients in electric grinder.
- Keep it for long use for masala tea.
- Two pinches of masala is enough for two cup tea.
- Now take the water in a pan and bring to boil.
- Now add ginger, masala and tea.
- Boil it for a minutes and pour milk in to the tea.
- Boil for 2 minutes for a grate flavor.
- Strain the tea into two tea cups.
- Flavor each ship of the tea.
