
Ingredients:
- 500 gms cheese cubes
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp roasted & pounded coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt according to your taste
- 1 small green, yellow & red capsicums, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
- A pinch of each clove powder, black cumin powder & fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Heat ghee or butter in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and fry quickly until brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, move slightly for a few seconds.
- Then add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, stir-fry until they change color.
- Then add tomato puree, paneer cubes, capsicum and salt.
- Then fry until the paneer change in to light brown color.
- Finally add the cumin, cardamom, clove, black cumin powders, fenugreek seeds.
- Cook paneer on slow flame till the paneer is well cooked.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
