Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- 500 ml sweetened coffee-double strength, freshly brewed
- Dash of rum/ coffee liqueur
- 4 scoops ice-cream
- Icing sugar dusting
- 250 ml milk
- Nutmeg grated
Method:
- Freeze ice-cubes in a tray with little coffee brew.
- Blend the remainder with milk, nutmeg and rum until it becomes frothy.
- Pour the coffee over the ice-cubes and finish with ice cream and a dusting of cocoa.
