Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  1. 500 ml sweetened coffee-double strength, freshly brewed
  2. Dash of rum/ coffee liqueur
  3. 4 scoops ice-cream
  4. Icing sugar dusting
  5. 250 ml milk
  6. Nutmeg grated

Method:

  1. Freeze ice-cubes in a tray with little coffee brew.
  2. Blend the remainder with milk, nutmeg and rum until it becomes frothy.
  3. Pour the coffee over the ice-cubes and finish with ice cream and a dusting of cocoa.
