Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. Salmon fillets- 1 pound
  2. Vegetable oil- 1 tbsp
  3. soy sauce- ¼ cup
  4. brown sugar- ¼ cup
  5. Water- ¼ cup
  6. Garlic paste- ½ tsp
  7. Lemon pepper- 1 pinch
  8. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First of all choose salmon fillets about one inch thick and remove skin if desire.
  2. For the seasoning of salmon fillets add garlic paste, lemon pepper and salt.
  3. Take brown sugar, water, soy sauce and vegetable oil in a bowl.
  4. Stir the mixture till the sugar is completely dissolve.
  5. Shift the seasoning salmon fillets in a large plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal the bag and place it in refrigerator.
  6. Then preheat grill for medium heat.
  7. Oiling the salmon fillets lightly, Place salmon fillets on the preheated grill.
  8. Cook the salmon for 5-8 minutes per side till the marinade discard and separate easily by fork.
  9. Serve it with chilli sauce and salad.
