Ginger Fruit Punch
Ingredients:
- Water- 2 cups
- Grated ginger- 2 tsp
- Sugar- 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Orange juice- ½ cup
- Soda water- ½ cup
- Crushed ice
- Salt- a pinch
- Mint sprig
Method:
- Bring the water to boil in a sauce pan and add sugar, salt and ginger.
- Simmer the mixture for 5-6 minutes or the water remain half.
- Strain the ginger water and leave it to cool.
- Add lemon juice and orange juice and allow to chill.
- When serve, fill the glass ¼ with crushed ice.
- Pour ginger water and soda over the ice.
- Decorate with mint sprig and Serve chilled.
