Ginger Fruit Punch

Ingredients:

  1. Water- 2 cups
  2. Grated ginger- 2 tsp
  3. Sugar- 4 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  5. Orange juice- ½ cup
  6. Soda water- ½ cup
  7. Crushed ice
  8. Salt- a pinch
  9. Mint sprig

Method:

  1. Bring the water to boil in a sauce pan and add sugar, salt and ginger.
  2. Simmer the mixture for 5-6 minutes or the water remain half.
  3. Strain the ginger water and leave it to cool.
  4. Add lemon juice and orange juice and allow to chill.
  5. When serve, fill the glass ¼ with crushed ice.
  6. Pour ginger water and soda over the ice.
  7. Decorate with mint sprig and Serve chilled.
