Fruit Shake
Ingredients:
- Strawberries halved- 1 cup
- Apples(peeled and chopped)- 1 cup
- Chopped Pineapple- 1 cup
- Banana slices- 1 cup
- Fresh milk- 3 cups
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
- Sugar- 3 tbsp or to taste
- Crushed ice
Method:
- Blend all the fruits and sugar in a blender for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Add milk, again blend for a minute.
- Take two large glasses, add crushed ice.
- Pour the fruit juice into the glasses.
- Top up with fresh cream and strawberries halved.
- You can also top up with 2 scoop vanilla ice-cream.
- Chilled fruit shake is ready to serve.
