Fruit Crumble
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
- Fresh fruit of your choice- 1 cup
- Orange juice or lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Light brown sugar- 1 tbsp
- White sugar- 1 tsp
- Rolled Oats- 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
- Canola oil/rapeseed oil- 1 tsp
- Roasted and chopped almonds- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash and cut the fruits to your desired size.
- Take all fruits, 1 tsp flour and lemon juice together in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well and shift into ramekin.
- Take white sugar, almonds, brown sugar, remaining flour and cardamom powder in a bowl.
- Mix well and pour a stream of canola oil over the mixture.
- Again mix well and spread over the fruits.
- Shift the ramekin over the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- When the fruits topping is golden loose out the ramekin.
- Served warm with whipped cream.
