Fruit Crumble

Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
  2. Fresh fruit of your choice- 1 cup
  3. Orange juice or lemon juice- 1 tsp
  4. Light brown sugar- 1 tbsp
  5. White sugar- 1 tsp
  6. Rolled Oats- 2 tbsp
  7. Green cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
  8. Canola oil/rapeseed oil- 1 tsp
  9. Roasted and chopped almonds- 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and cut the fruits to your desired size.
  3. Take all fruits, 1 tsp flour and lemon juice together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well and shift into ramekin.
  5. Take white sugar, almonds, brown sugar, remaining flour and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  6. Mix well and pour a stream of canola oil over the mixture.
  7. Again mix well and spread over the fruits.
  8. Shift the ramekin over the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. When the fruits topping is golden loose out the ramekin.
  10. Served warm with whipped cream.
