Eggless Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Milk with cream- 5 cups
  2. Sugar- 8 tbsp
  3. Corn flour- 3 tbsp
  4. Cream- 2 cups
  5. Yellow color- 8-10 drops
  6. Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take milk in a sauce pan, bring the milk to boil.
  2. Boil the milk until it remain half of the quantity.
  3. Make a paste of corn flour in 2-3 tbsp cold milk, pour into the boiling milk.
  4. Simmer the milk for 2-3 minutes or until milk thicken.
  5. Now remove from heat, leave it to cool.
  6. After that add sugar, mix with the help of blender until sugar dissolve.
  7. Add cream, vanilla essence and color, mix again.
  8. Now shift to refrigerator for 1½ hour or until half set.
  9. Beat the ice cream and again freeze it for 2 hours.
  10. Egg less ice cream is ready to serve.
