Ingredients:
- Milk with cream- 5 cups
- Sugar- 8 tbsp
- Corn flour- 3 tbsp
- Cream- 2 cups
- Yellow color- 8-10 drops
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Method:
- Take milk in a sauce pan, bring the milk to boil.
- Boil the milk until it remain half of the quantity.
- Make a paste of corn flour in 2-3 tbsp cold milk, pour into the boiling milk.
- Simmer the milk for 2-3 minutes or until milk thicken.
- Now remove from heat, leave it to cool.
- After that add sugar, mix with the help of blender until sugar dissolve.
- Add cream, vanilla essence and color, mix again.
- Now shift to refrigerator for 1½ hour or until half set.
- Beat the ice cream and again freeze it for 2 hours.
- Egg less ice cream is ready to serve.
