Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  1. Milk- 2 cups
  2. Grated coconut- 1½ cup
  3. Cornstarch- 1 tbsp
  4. Butter(melt and cool)- 3 tbsp
  5. Granulated white sugar- 1½ cups
  6. Beaten eggs- 2
  7. Salt- a pinch
  8. Pie shell

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°C.
  2. Add cornstarch, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well, add beaten eggs and milk into the mixing bowl.
  4. After that add butter, stir the mixture till the sugar dissolve.
  5. Spread coconut, again mix well.
  6. Place the mixture on pie shell, shift the pie shell in oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, loose out.
  8. Coconut pie is ready to serve.
