Ingredients:
- Milk- 2 cups
- Grated coconut- 1½ cup
- Cornstarch- 1 tbsp
- Butter(melt and cool)- 3 tbsp
- Granulated white sugar- 1½ cups
- Beaten eggs- 2
- Salt- a pinch
- Pie shell
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 300°C.
- Add cornstarch, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well, add beaten eggs and milk into the mixing bowl.
- After that add butter, stir the mixture till the sugar dissolve.
- Spread coconut, again mix well.
- Place the mixture on pie shell, shift the pie shell in oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, loose out.
- Coconut pie is ready to serve.
