Ingredients:
- Milk(with cream)- 450 ml
- Custard powder- 2 tbsp
- Sugar- 5 tbsp
- Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips- 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Pour the milk in a sauce pan and bowl on medium flame.
- Now dissolve the custard powder in 1 tbsp cold milk.
- Pour custard into the boiling milk and simmer the milk.
- Add cocoa powder and sugar and stir occasionally.
- When the mixture becomes thicken remove from the heat.
- Once the mixture becomes cool add chocolate chips.
- Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
- Swirl the cream over the custard and serve chilled.
