Chocolate Custard

Ingredients:

  1. Milk(with cream)- 450 ml
  2. Custard powder- 2 tbsp
  3. Sugar- 5 tbsp
  4. Cocoa powder- 1 tsp
  5. Chocolate chips- 2 tbsp
  6. Fresh cream- 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour the milk in a sauce pan and bowl on medium flame.
  2. Now dissolve the custard powder in 1 tbsp cold milk.
  3. Pour custard into the boiling milk and simmer the milk.
  4. Add cocoa powder and sugar and stir occasionally.
  5. When the mixture becomes thicken remove from the heat.
  6. Once the mixture becomes cool add chocolate chips.
  7. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
  8. Swirl the cream over the custard and serve chilled.
