Ingredients:
- All purpose flour- 2 cups
- Softened butter- 3/4 cup
- Eggs- 2
- White granulated Sugar- ½ cup
- Baking soda- 1 tsp
- Brown sugar- ½ cup
- Salt- one pinch
- Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
- Chocolates chips- 1½ cup
- Chopped walnuts
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375ºC.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add vanilla, white sugar and brown sugar.
- Mix by hand mixer to dissolve both type of sugar.
- Now add flour, salt and baking soda and knead well the dough.
- Knead the dough till it becomes stiff and spread chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Keep stirring until the chocolate chips dispersed equally.
- Take a cookie sheet and table spoon up the dough over the sheet.
- There should be gape between the cookies for better cooking.
- Shift the sheet into oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- After baking the color of cookies will be light brown.
- Remove cookies from the oven otherwise they can be tough.
- Chocolate chip cookies are ready.
