Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour- 2 cups
  2. Softened butter- 3/4 cup
  3. Eggs- 2
  4. White granulated Sugar- ½ cup
  5. Baking soda- 1 tsp
  6. Brown sugar- ½ cup
  7. Salt- one pinch
  8. Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  9. Chocolates chips- 1½ cup
  10. Chopped walnuts

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºC.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add vanilla, white sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Mix by hand mixer to dissolve both type of sugar.
  4. Now add flour, salt and baking soda and knead well the dough.
  5. Knead the dough till it becomes stiff and spread chocolate chips and walnuts.
  6. Keep stirring until the chocolate chips dispersed equally.
  7. Take a cookie sheet and table spoon up the dough over the sheet.
  8. There should be gape between the cookies for better cooking.
  9. Shift the sheet into oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  10. After baking the color of cookies will be light brown.
  11. Remove cookies from the oven otherwise they can be tough.
  12. Chocolate chip cookies are ready.
