Chinese Egg Delight

Ingredients:
  1. Boiled eggs- 4
  2. Olive oil- 2 tbsp
  3. Fine chopped green chillies- 2-3
  4. Chopped onions- 2
  5. Grated ginger- 1 tsp
  6. Garlic(minced)- 1 tsp
  7. Vinegar- 1 tsp
  8. Mono sodium glutamate- a pinch
  9. Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
  10. Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
  11. Soy sauce- 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Chopped spring onion to garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan and add chopped onions and green chillies.
  2. Fry until the onion change into light brown.
  3. Add ginger and garlic and saute again for few seconds.
  4. Add all the ingredients except eggs and spring onion.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
  6. Cut the eggs into halves and place evenly in a plate.
  7. Spread the onion mixture over the eggs and garnish with spring onion.
  8. Egg delight is ready to serve.
