Chinese Egg Delight
Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs- 4
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Fine chopped green chillies- 2-3
- Chopped onions- 2
- Grated ginger- 1 tsp
- Garlic(minced)- 1 tsp
- Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Mono sodium glutamate- a pinch
- Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce- 1 tsp
- Soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped spring onion to garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and add chopped onions and green chillies.
- Fry until the onion change into light brown.
- Add ginger and garlic and saute again for few seconds.
- Add all the ingredients except eggs and spring onion.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Cut the eggs into halves and place evenly in a plate.
- Spread the onion mixture over the eggs and garnish with spring onion.
- Egg delight is ready to serve.
