Chin Chawn
Ingredients:
- Bread slices- 6
- Boiled and mashed potato- 1
- Chopped green chillies- 2
- Fine chopped tomato- 1
- Fine chopped cucumber- 1
- Fine chopped onion – 10-12
- Tomato sauce- 1 cup
- Green chutney- 4 tbsp
- Potato bhujiya- 1 bowl
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all the vegetables together in a large bowl.
- Add half of the tomato sauce, green chutney and green chillies.
- Mix well and coat all the vegetables with sauce.
- Divide each bread into four equal parts with sharp knife.
- Place a layer of tomato sauce over the slice.
- Place the mixture and sprinkle bhujiya and chat masala.
- Serve it immediately.
