Ingredients:
- Kabuli chana/Garbanzo beans- 150 gms
- Baking soda- a pinch
- Chopped tomato- 1
- Chopped onion- 1
- Fine chopped radish- 1
- Fine chopped green chillies- 2-3
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Chaat masala- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Soak chana with baking soda all over the night and wash them.
- Pressure cook the chana for 15-20 minutes with sufficient salty water.
- After cooking drain out the extra water from chana.
- Add boiled chana, chopped onion, lemon juice and tomato in a mixing bowl.
- Add green chillies, chat masala, salt, radish and coriander.
- Chana chaat is ready to serve.
