Capsi Chow
Ingredients:
- Veggie noodles- 250gms
- Olive oil- 2 tsp
- Chopped capsicum- 1
- Chopped green chillies- 2
- Chopped onion- 1
- Minced- garlic- 1 tsp
- Soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup- 1 tsp
- Vinegar- 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the noodles in salty water and add 1 tsp oil.
- Grind capsicum with onion, green chillies and garlic.
- Heat oil in a wok and add capsicum puree.
- Saute puree for 2-3 minutes and add boiled noodles.
- Add all other ingredients and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Capsi chow is ready to serve hot.
