Capsi Chow

Ingredients:

  1. Veggie noodles- 250gms
  2. Olive oil- 2 tsp
  3. Chopped capsicum- 1
  4. Chopped green chillies- 2
  5. Chopped onion- 1
  6. Minced- garlic- 1 tsp
  7. Soy sauce- 1 tsp
  8. Tomato ketchup- 1 tsp
  9. Vinegar- 2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles in salty water and add 1 tsp oil.
  2. Grind capsicum with onion, green chillies and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add capsicum puree.
  4. Saute puree for 2-3 minutes and add boiled noodles.
  5. Add all other ingredients and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Capsi chow is ready to serve hot.
