Bhel Chaat

Ingredients:

  1. Puffed rice- 2 cups
  2. Boiled potato- 1
  3. Fine chopped onion- 1
  4. Fine chopped green chillies- 2
  5. Fine chopped tomato- 1
  6. Moong sprouts- 2 tbsp
  7. Fine save(gram flour noodles)- ½ cup
  8. Chopped coriander-1 tbsp
  9. lemon juice- 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Bhel puri(crushed)- 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl Before serve, transfer into individual bowl.
  2. Pour green chutney and meethi chutney over the bhel and serve.
