Bhel Chaat
Ingredients:
- Puffed rice- 2 cups
- Boiled potato- 1
- Fine chopped onion- 1
- Fine chopped green chillies- 2
- Fine chopped tomato- 1
- Moong sprouts- 2 tbsp
- Fine save(gram flour noodles)- ½ cup
- Chopped coriander-1 tbsp
- lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bhel puri(crushed)- 1 cup
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl Before serve, transfer into individual bowl.
- Pour green chutney and meethi chutney over the bhel and serve.
