Beson Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 4 cups gram flour
- 3 cups ghee
- 4 cups sugar (powdered)
- 4 tbs Chopped almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan, mix gram flour (besan) over a low heat.
- Saute constantly to make light brown mixture.
- When it releases an pleasant smell, remove it from heat.
- Now leave the mixture for 10-12 minutes.
- Then add sugar and nuts to the gram flour, mix well.
- Now form round balls of the mixture.
- Besan Ladoo are ready.
