Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
- Diced banana- 3 cups
- Milk(without cream)- 3 cups
- Brown sugar- ¾ cup
- Cornstarch- 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence- 2 tsp
- Salt- ¼ tsp
Method:
- Take cornstarch, salt, sugar and milk in a sauce pan.
- Whisk the mixture until the all the ingredients mix well.
- Shift the pan on medium flame, boil and stir constantly the mixture.
- Boil the milk for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat.
- Now add vanilla essence and stir it.
- Blend half the mixture with the help of blender until smooth.
- Pour the smooth paste into the remaining mixture and mix well.
- Fill this pudding into pops maker and freeze until completely set.
- Banana pudding is ready to serve.
