Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. Diced banana- 3 cups
  2. Milk(without cream)- 3 cups
  3. Brown sugar- ¾ cup
  4. Cornstarch- 3 tbsp
  5. Vanilla essence- 2 tsp
  6. Salt- ¼ tsp

Method:

  1. Take cornstarch, salt, sugar and milk in a sauce pan.
  2. Whisk the mixture until the all the ingredients mix well.
  3. Shift the pan on medium flame, boil and stir constantly the mixture.
  4. Boil the milk for a couple of minutes and remove from the heat.
  5. Now add vanilla essence and stir it.
  6. Blend half the mixture with the help of blender until smooth.
  7. Pour the smooth paste into the remaining mixture and mix well.
  8. Fill this pudding into pops maker and freeze until completely set.
  9. Banana pudding is ready to serve.
