Baby Corn
Ingredients:
- Baby corn- 10
- Green chillies- 2
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Chopped spring onions- 2 tbsp
- Carrots(sliced)- 2
- Mushrooms(sliced)- 2 tbsp
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- Vegetable stock or chicken stock- 3 cups
- Vinegar- 1 tsp
- Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Slit the baby corn into half, boil in salty water.
- Boil baby corn only for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the water and keep aside.
- Now heat the oil an a sauce pan, add ginger-garlic paste.
- Saute for a minute, add green chillies, onions, mushrooms and carrots.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes, add salt, vinegar and red chillies.
- Now pour the vegetable stock, cover the lid.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes or until the whole water absorb.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
