Baby Corn Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Baby corn- 10-12
  2. Boiled peas- ½ cup
  3. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  4. Sugar- 1 tsp
  5. Water- 2 cups
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Bring the water to boil in a sauce pan and turn off the flame.
  2. Soak baby corns until they are tender.
  3. After that drain the water and transfer the baby corns in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add peas, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well to the salad.
  6. Baby corn salad is ready.
