Baby Corn Salad
Ingredients:
- Baby corn- 10-12
- Boiled peas- ½ cup
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Water- 2 cups
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Bring the water to boil in a sauce pan and turn off the flame.
- Soak baby corns until they are tender.
- After that drain the water and transfer the baby corns in a mixing bowl.
- Add peas, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add lemon juice and mix well to the salad.
- Baby corn salad is ready.
