Apple Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. Apple(peeled and sliced)- 4
  2. Light brown sugar- 3 tbsp
  3. Lemon juice or orange juice- 1 tsp
  4. Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
  5. Butter- 1 tsp
  6. Light rum- 1 tbsp
  7. Raisins- 1 tbsp
  8. Roasted cashew- 1 tbsp
  9. Fresh cream- 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  2. Soak the raisins in little water for 30 minutes.
  3. Place apple slices in a mixing bowl and spread cinnamon powder over the slices.
  4. Now add cashew, lemon juice, sugar, butter, rum and raisins(drain the water).
  5. Rub the butter on baking sheet with the help of your fingers.
  6. Mix well and spread in a baking dish.
  7. Shift to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Swirl the cream over the pudding and serve hot.
