Apple Pudding
Ingredients:
- Apple(peeled and sliced)- 4
- Light brown sugar- 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice or orange juice- 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
- Butter- 1 tsp
- Light rum- 1 tbsp
- Raisins- 1 tbsp
- Roasted cashew- 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 400°F.
- Soak the raisins in little water for 30 minutes.
- Place apple slices in a mixing bowl and spread cinnamon powder over the slices.
- Now add cashew, lemon juice, sugar, butter, rum and raisins(drain the water).
- Rub the butter on baking sheet with the help of your fingers.
- Mix well and spread in a baking dish.
- Shift to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Swirl the cream over the pudding and serve hot.
