Aloo Tuk
Ingredients:
- Potatoes(medium)- 7-8
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Amchur powder- 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Method:
- Boil the potatoes until they become soft.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into round pieces.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes on slow flame.
- Heat till they become light brown and crispy.
- Drain the excess of oil, sprinkle all other ingredients over the potatoes.
- Mix well and serve hot with tea.
