Aloo Tikki
Ingredients:
- Potatoes- 750 gms
- Cornflour- 3 tbsp
- Minced ginger- 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies- 2-3
- Green peas(boiled)- ¾ cup
- Amchur powder- ½ tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Oil for pan frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First of all boil the potatoes, after that peel and mash them.
- Mash peas by spoon(you can shift boiled potatoes and peas into refrigerator for 10 minutes).
- Now mix all the ingredients well, except oil.
- Make 15 equal balls of the mixture and flatten with your palm.
- Shift gently to the frying pan and oiling both side with a flat wooden spoon.
- Fry tikkies on slow flame till they become crispy and brown.
- Serve with meethi chutney and curd.
