Aloo Pakora (Potato Snacks)
Ingredients:
- Potatoes- 250 gms
- Gram flour(besan)- 100 gms
- Chopped green chillies- 2-3
- Chilli powder- ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric- ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander- 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Water to need
Method:
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut in to small and fine cubes.
- Add gram flour in to a mixing bowl and add potato cubes.
- Now add chopped onion, coriander powder, salt and turmeric.
- Mix the gram flour and add potatoes, chilli powder and green chillies.
- Add potato cubes and knead to coat the cubes with gram flour.
- Use a little water to make the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated potatoes in wok.
- Fry until the potatoes becomes crispy and light brown.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with tea.
