Ingredients:

1. Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoops
2. Hot strong espresso- 2 cups
3. Whipped cream- 2 tbsp
4. Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp

Method:

1. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each cocktail glass.
2. Pour a stream of hot espresso over the ice cream.
3. Top up with whipped cream.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve.
