Ingredients:

  1. 500 gms- Paneer
  2. 6 tbsp- Oil
  3. 4- Onions
  4. 1 cup- Curd
  5. 6-7 flakes- Garlic
  6. 3-4 small pieces- ginger
  7. 1 tsp- Cumin seeds
  8. 1½ tsp- Mustard seeds
  9. 1 pinch- Methi(fenugreek seeds)
  10. 1 tsp- Kalonji(onion seeds)
  11. 3 tsp- Saunf(fennel seeds)
  12. 1½ tsp- Turmeric
  13. 5-6- Green chillies
  14. 2 tsp- Amchoor powder
  15. 2-3- Open green chillies
  16. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut paneer into square pieces.
  2. Grind ginger and garlic roughly.
  3. Then put kalonji, saunf, methi dana, mustard seeds and cumin seeds into a bowl.
  4. Heat the oil in pan.
  5. Then add the mixture of seeds together into the heated oil, stir for few seconds.
  6. Add chopped green chillies and onions, Fry till onion changes in to golden brown.
  7. After that add turmeric and the garlic-ginger paste..
  8. Add paneer cubes, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add curd gradually and move slightly.
  10. Finally add 1/2 tsp salt and amchoor powder, cook about 3-4 minutes till the curd dry up.
  11. Serve hot with butter naan.
